1.1 If for any reason we are unable to offer you an appointment within your booking request slot, we may offer you another time or date.
1.2 We may offer you another stylist/therapist should your requested stylist/therapist be unavailable.
1.3 If for any reason the appointment booked for you becomes unavailable due to staff illness, and other such reasons out with our control, we will endeavour to contact you with as much notice as possible. If we are unable to reach you in time, we may transfer your appointment to another staff member/time/date, or we may have to wait until you attend the salon to advise you of any such matter.
1.4 We cannot be responsible for any delay in taking you on time for your appointment. Circumstances out with our control, for instance a client running late for their allotted time, a treatment or service taking longer than expected, may cause delays in a stylist/therapist column.
1.5 We may contact you from time to time to ask you to adjust your appointment time if we have reason to eg original appointment taken/booked with an error, conflict with other appointments etc.
2.1 Our pricing online is for guideline purposes only, we have the right to increase our prices without notification, or correct any error made on our pricing shown on our website.
2.2 We reserve the right to adjust our prices without notice, in-salon, for various reasons, which include but are not restricted to, eg hair thicker and/or longer than expected, hair more porous than expected during service, requiring larger quantity of hair colour. Additional services and/or product have been used/applied eg hair required specialist treatment/product, nails required varnish/gel removal before application).
2.3 If for any reason a colour has not worked/resulted as expected during the process we reserve the right to charge for the service we have carried out regardless, unless exceptionally, the fault lies with ourselves. Even after a strand test, it is impossible to tell exactly how evenly a colour service will result. Hair condition, previous colour applications, sun exposure, can all affect results. We will provide as much expert guidance and advice before we proceed with your approval for any service.
2.4 If for any reason after leaving the salon you are unhappy with your service, we have the right to ask you to come back to the salon and allow us the chance to correct anything you are unhappy with. If we have made an error, we will offer a correction free of charge. If the error lies with yourself, eg colour has faded quickly due to incorrect use of hair products, sun exposure etc., or nails have chipped due to reasons of your own doing, or you have changed your mind with an agreed colour or style then we have the right to charge you for re-application.
3.1 We reserve the right to refuse to carry out any service at any time before or during, without any repercussions to ourselves, reasons may be, but not restricted to, head lice, client unruly. If we have already applied/carried out part of the service we have the right to charge the client for the service already performed.
3.2 We cannot be responsible for any damage to or theft of any personal property, item, and/or items of clothing.
3.3 We require you to make us aware of any reasons our services should not be carried out on you, eg you have not had the correct patch testing, you reacted to a patch test, you have allergies, you have an illness, or on medication which may conflict with our services.
3.4 Whilst attending your service, you are responsible for taking due care and attention whilst walking around our salon, avoiding dangers such as cables, sharp instruments, chemicals, holding on to banisters if climbing or descending from stairway, getting on and off chairs/treatment beds.
3.5 During your service you may be offered a refreshment which may include a biscuit/sweet which may contain nuts. Please advise if you have any nut allergies.
